A gym in Bury St Edmunds aimed exclusively at women is gearing up for its busiest time of the year with new owners at the helm.

Rick and Jackie Stuart have taken over at Gymophobics in St Johns Street, which they will run alongside the Cambridge franchise.

“We have a strong social scene. It is more for people who are not gym orientated,” said Rick.

He said February and March are traditionally the busiest time of the year as people start to plan for their summer holidays, and make good on their New Year’s resolutions having finally reached their January pay day.

The couple have also introduced the BLISS body shaping products which use non evasive techniques such as ultrasound, radio frequency and cryolypolysis as an alternative to surgery for people who want to change their body.
