Free charity day at social enterprise

A social enterprise company is holding a free charity event in aid of St Nicholas Hospice Care on Friday March 1.

The Self Centre, in Kempson Way, Bury St Edmunds, is providing a range of free yoga, pilates, Tai Chi and meditation classes as well as relaxation treatments and therapies until 9pm.

Visitors are asked to make a donation for the hospice.
