Drugs factory uncovered in Thetford
Cannabis seized in a raid in Thetford
Thetford Police have seized more than 60 cannabis plants after a raid last night.
Officers executed a warrant at an address in Old Market Street and uncovered a large cannabis factory at around 7.30pm.
A large amount of cultivation equipment and 66 cannabis plants were seized.
Inspector Adam Hayes said: “This is a substantial seizure and has severely disrupted the criminal fraternity involved in the supply of drugs. This has kept drugs off the streets in Thetford.”
An investigation has been launched into the factory.
