Dog bites boy in Bury St Edmunds
POLICE are appealing for witnesses to come forward after a dog attacked a nine-year-old boy in Bury St Edmunds.
The dog bit the boy’s leg when he was riding on Hardwick Heath at around 3.10pm yesterday, causing him to fall off his bike.
It is described as a chocolate Labrador with a long purple lead.
The owner of the dog is described as a man in his 40s, around 5ft 8in tall with a large build and dark medium length hair.
He may have been driving a silver Lexus.
