Community grant offer
STOWMARKET Town council is offering voluntary and community groups the chance of up to £500 funding for projects that benefit the town’s residents.
Groups have until October 1 to submit their applications for a grant, with a decision announced in November.
Public services manager, Daniel Harvey said: “We’re delighted that, by making savings elsewhere in our operations, we are able to continue to provide financial support to voluntary groups in this way.
“Dozens of projects have been funded by our grant scheme over the years and we’re sure that we’ll be supporting many more in the coming months.”
