Britain’s Parking Person of the Year 2013 is Cameron Findlay, West Suffolk’s parking services manager.

The British Parking Awards 2013, organised by Parking Review, were presented to leading people in car park management at the Lancaster London Hotel last Friday.

Cameron came to St Edmundsbury Borough Council in 2005 during the redevelopment of the enlarged town centre. He refocused the front line staff from mainly enforcement and created a traffic management team to help customers choose the right location for their stay and to reduce on-street queuing.
