Burglars steal TV sets in Whepstead

Police are appealing for information following a burglary in Whepstead in which two latrge television were stolen.

They believe a vehicle must have been used for the burglary between 7.30am and 7.30pm yesterday at a property on Bury Road in.

The thieves searched the property and took a Toshiba 40-inch television, Samsung 32-inch television, jewellery and foreign currency.

Anyone who saw suspicious activity in the area should call DC Kevin Rolt at Bury St Edmunds CID on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
