Haart is giving prospective tenants in Bury st Edmunds the chance to stay rent free for two weeks over Christmas.

The leading independent letting agent, based in Bury, is giving new tenants the opportunity to save hundreds of pounds by letting any of the selected properties featured in its ‘no rent event’.

All a tenant needs to do is register with the branch before December 7 and, if they subsequently rent one of the selected properties before December 21, they will get the first two weeks of their tenancy rent free.

The ‘no rent’ event comes as Haart rolls out a £5 million investment programme in its brand across the UK as part of a drive to reaffirm its position as ‘the estate agent of choice’ for people looking to buy, sell, let or rent.

While urging anyone thinking of taking advantage of the offer to act quickly, lettings manager Lara Stevens said: “This is a fantastic opportunity for prospective tenants to save hundreds of pounds at one of the most expensive times of the year.”
