Age UK Suffolk names new chief executive
Age UK Suffolk has announced that Martyn Green will be its new chief executive from January 28.
He takes over from Daphne Savage who has retired after 20 years. She will remain as chair of newly formed Suffolk Older People’s Council. Martyn has been CEO for 12 years for the Courtyard charity in Herts.
Chair of the Age UK Suffolk trustees John Robinson said: “We are extremely happy to have been able to attract a new CEO of Martyn’s ability and are sure that Martyn will bring energy and enthusiasm to his role.
“The trustees are very confident that Martyn, together with the present team of experienced and dedicated staff and volunteers, will build on the success of the charity to date for the benefit of older people across the county.”
