A COUNCIL’S decision over the way it manages A-boards outside shops, cafés and restaurants, is unlikely to take place until late February.

St Edmundsbury Borough Council’s overview and scrutiny committee was given an update on Wednesday.

Cllr Paul Hopfensperger, chairman of the Risbygate Street Traders Association welcomed the review.

“There is an abundance of toot that keeps appearing on pavements,” he said.
