SHOPPERS at a Bury St Edmunds supermarket are receiving information and advice on living healthier as part of a new community service.

Customers at Asda can seek help to quit smoking at a clinic from 6-7pm every Wednesday in the café and enjoy fortnightly health walks, which start today at 11am from the store’s foyer.

The activities are part of a collaboration with Live Well Suffolk, which has been commissioned by NHS Suffolk to provide all round support for people through community health coaches.

They are also hosting Zumba and cook and eat classes on Fridays at the Anselm Centre.
