A man seriously injured his arm after falling from a car port roof in Haughley yesterday.
The man, who was in his 60s, received ‘serious lacerations’ to his arm after falling from a ladder.
An ambulance and a volunteer doctor from Suffolk Accident Rescue Service (SARS) attended the incident, which happened at around 3.30pm.
The man was transferred to West Suffolk Hospital, in Bury St Edmunds.
SARS is an emergency medical charity established in 1972.
