CHARITIES and community groups in West Suffolk have until August 28 to apply for grants of up to £1,000 from the Suffolk Foundation.
The foundation is an independent grant body which helps those ‘tackling disadvantage in whatever form it takes’. Previous recipients include Bury St Edmunds Women’s Aid Centre refuge from violence. the Rural Coffee Caravan Information Project and Brandon and Mildenhall Citizens Advice Bureau.
The grants come from its Suffolk Fund and Shadwell Fund and are targetting West Suffolk.
