Tickets are selling well for Fashion Fusion at The Apex on April 19.
The best in fashion will be showcased by a host of local retailers in the glamourous fund-raiser for St Nicholas Hospice Care.
More than 20 shops and designers are taking part and there will be two parts to the showcase – young fashion and exclusive fashion.
This year there are VIP tickets available which offer front row seating and access to an exclusive pre-show style and beauty event with advice, treatment and giveaways from SK Spa, Boots and Debenhams.
All guests will be welcomed with a glass of wine and during the interval there will be tasty coffee and muffins fdrom Butterworth and Sons and Muffin Break. Guests will also be given a goody bag at the end of the evening.
Students from West Suffolk College will be involved, with beauty students in charge of hair and make up, the media department will be videoing the event and some of the fashion students will showcase some of their own designs at the end of the evening.
Radio West Suffolk has donated an exclusive prize in a raffle to enjoy a behind the scenes radio experience joining DJ Banksy on his Breakfast show.
Julie Warren, Apex development manager, said: “Last year’s Fashion Fusion raised over £5,000 for the hospice which is an incredible figure, and really shows the generosity of the people in the region. This year the show is bigger and better than ever – the VIP tickets and pre-show event has added another exciting element to the evening.”
Tickets are £13,50 and the VIP package is £20. For more details and to book go to www.theapex.co.uk or call 01284 758000.
