Students at Lakenheath Primary School put Alan Sugar’s apprentices to shame when they came up with enterprises to turn £72 into £450.

Each year six student was given £2 to invest and turn into as much as possible.

Some of the students formed groups or came up with individual enterprises including cake and sweet stalls, car washing, nail painting, a book covering service and a treasure hunt.

The students have decided to spend their hard earned funds on a fun-filled trip to a theme park.
