TEENAGERS have been taking on some baking tips and raising money at the same time.
Pupils at the Westbrook Tuition Centre baked biscuits as part of their personal and social development course and then sold them to nearby organisations.
The centre in Brooklands Close provides alternative education for young people who find main stream education challenging.
They prepare for GCSEs in maths, science and English as well as Asdan accredited courses.
The teenagers took the biscuits they had baked to the nearby ambulance station, the IAPT (Access to physiological therapies programme and the Children’s Centre where they raised £55 for Children in Need.
