Pupils on song for world record bid
Schools across West Suffolk hit the high notes simultaneously as part of a world record attempt.
Teachers and children at Westgate Primary, in Bury St Edmunds, Ickworth Park Primary, in Horringer, Hartest Primary, Chilton Primary, in Stowmarket, Wetheringsett Primary and Honington Primary took part in SignHealth’s sign2sing event.
Encouraged to wear scarves, they joined hundreds of schools across the country to sign and sing a song at the same time. The event is designed to raise awareness of deafness as well as the work of SignHealth and raise money for the charity.
