A public meeting will take place next week over ther proposed closure of a village primary school.
Parents of pupils at Badwell Ash Primary School held a meeting with governors and Suffolk County Council on Wednesday night this week.
They say they were told the council plans to close the school next year saying it is under performing and because it only has 33 pupils, is not financially viable.
Pupils would instead have to catch a bus to and from Norton Primary School.
A petition against the move has now been started.
The public meeting will take place at the school next Wednesday at 7pm.
