PUPILS at a primary school in Needham Market were transformed into mini historians during a seaside topic that got them exploring the past.

Children at Bosmere Community Primary School looked at how seaside holidays have changed since Victorian times.

The pupils looked at replicas of seaside artifacts, photographs, postcards and non-fiction books to become experts on the subject, in preparation for opening their own seaside museum and showing their parents around.

“They absolutely loved it,” said Key Stage One leader Julie Pope.
