Family fun days at a Bury St Edmunds nursery are getting ‘curiouser and curiouser’ after it staged a raft of Alice in Wonderland themed activities.
Youngsters and family members at South Lee School Nursery, in Nowton Road, enjoyed an enchanted woods treasure trail and a down the rabbit hole obstacle course.
There were soft play activities, games, singing and a Mad Hatter’s Tea Party.
A magician also provided entertainment by making balloon animals. Meanwhile, staff and children dressed up as colourful Alice in Wonderland characters.
Julie Last, nursery manager, said: “The parents told us it was the best family fun day so far which is amazing because it rained all morning.”
