A MAN who had nearly £2,000 worth of cannabis seized in a police raid has been put in prison for eight months.
Lee Paul Barry, 38, of St Michaels Close, in Thetford, pleaded guilty to two charges of possession with intent to supply a Class B drug.
Barry was arrested after officers from Thetford Safer Neighbourhood Team, Response and Norfolk Police’s dog unit executed a drugs warrant at his home address.
During the raid, which took place on November 3 last year, police seized a quantity of cannabis and drug paraphernalia from the house.
After pleading guilty at a prior hearing, Barry was sentenced at Norwich Crown Court on Monday.
