A SECOND man has been charged in relation to the investigation into the murder of Peter Avis in Bury St Edmunds

Pawel Borowiecki, a 30-year-old man from Roslyn Road in London, has been charged with conspiracy to commit burglary.

He is due to appear before Bury St Edmunds Magistrates’ Court today.

An 18-year-old man arrested on suspicion of murder and conspiracy to commit burglary, and a 26-year-old man and a 27-year-old woman, arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit burglary - have been released on police bail.

They are due to return to the Bury St Edmunds Police Investigation Centre on Tuesday 20 March.

A 30-year-old man arrested on suspicion of murder has been released on police bail and is due to return to the Ipswich Police Investigation Centre on Tuesday 27 March.
