TWO men from Bury St Edmunds, one a former military official, have been bailed following arrests on suspicion of corruption and money laundering.
They were arrested in October last year and questioned at Bury police investigation centre.
Two other former British military figures were also arrested.
All were released on police bail until between April 9 and April 13.
Ministry of Defence fraud detectives are leading the investigation.
An MoD spokesman said the arrests were ‘in relation to construction contracts with the MoD, specifically the UK contingent of the International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) in Afghanistan’.
