A man accused of selling a £6,600 combine harvester he did not own has denied three allegations of fraud.
David Aves, 51, of Freewood Street, is accused of offering for sale for £6,600 a combine harvester which he did not own and two similar offences, all said to have been committed between October 15 and December 15 last year.
Appearing with Aves at Ipswich Crown Court on Friday was Anne Mason, 53, of Ragdale Road, Nottingham. She pleaded not guilty to involvement in money laundering by paying two cheques which had been given to Aves into her bank account between the same dates.
Judge David Goodin granted them bail until their next court appearance.
