Healthcare will be the subject of a series of market stall events across West Suffolk over the next few weeks.
The NHS West Suffolk Clinical Commissioning Group is organising a number of market stalls which will offer healthy living advice as well as information about the planning and purchasing of health services.
They will be held in Buttermarket/Cornhill, Bury St Edmunds, on Wednesday August 28 from 8.30am to 4.30pm; The Market Place, in Mildenhall, on Friday August 30 from 8.30am to 3.30pm and Market Hill, Brandon, on Thursday September 12 from 8.30am to 12.30pm.
During the events, residents will be able to find out how to get involved with the commissioning group. There will also be information about community health services, tips on how to prevent falls, health related freebies and the chance to talk about experiences of health and care services with Healthwatch Suffolk.
Jo Finn, patient and public engagement lay member of the commissioning group, said: “These events are a great way to talk with people and listen to their ideas.”
