Fair set to expand with Food and Drink Expo

Booking is now open for the 2013 Menta Trade Fair which, this year, will also feature a new Suffolk Food and Drink Expo targeted at local providers, retailers and business users.

The Trade Fair and food and drink events, which will take place from 3-7pm on Wednesday, September 11, at the West Wing at Ickworth, will present over 95 local business exhibitors; a large number of new, Suffolk-based services and products; a number of free business sessions from expert speakers; and an exclusive Food and Drink Expo in the West Wing Orangery.

There are a range of exhibitor ticket options available, as well as further marketing offers – with exhibitor stands starting from £50.

Last year, Menta’s Trade Fair exhibition space was almost 80 per cent sold out within just 24 hours of the launch so interested businesses are urged to book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

Leanne Castle, senior business adviser at Menta, said: “This is the sixth year that Menta has hosted the Trade Fair, and each time we see it grow, with more local businesses and companies attending. 2013 sees the launch of the Suffolk Food and Drink Expo, giving a range of providers, suppliers, manufacturers and buyers the opportunity to network, share knowledge and make new contacts. We are also introducing free speaker sessions and are looking forward to finalising and announcing further news in the coming months.”

The main sponsor of the event is local and London based solicitors, Atkins Thomson; and with prize draws for visitors, special deals on the day, top quality networking and lots of exhibitors, there are plenty of reasons to attend.
