Regis Crepy who owns three restuarants in Suffolk is sharing some of his chefs’ recipes with a live cookery demonstration at the Theatre Royal, Bury St Edmunds.

Regis will be on stage along with his three chefs on November 11 bringing a taste of the food diners enjoy at Maison Bleue in Bury, The Great House in Lavenham and Mariners at Ipswich.

The evening, sponsored by Ashton KCJ, will be an interactive experience with the audience having the chance to taste some of the mouth watering dishes and also test their own culinary skills.

There will also be a charity auction in which people can bid for a range of prizes including a weekend cottage retreat and the chance to have dinner for six people designed to your taste and prepared in your own home by Regis.

Money raised from the evening will go towards the theatre’s community and education programme which provides opportunities for people in the community to learn and develop through theatre.
