Christmas is just 45 days away, so get into the festive spirit and raise some money for charity.
St Nicholas Hospice Care has launched its annual Santa’s Hospice Jingle to raise vital funds for its Bury St Edmunds hospice.
Last year, hundreds of people put on the famous red suit to raise more than £5,000.
Santa’s Hospice Jingle will be held on December 9, and people of all ages are being asked to wear the Santa suit for the day to raise cash.
Ian Norris, hospice community fund-raiser, said: “We urge people to get involved, get in the Christmas spirit and support a great local cause. And we ho-ho-hope everyone who takes part has a fantastic festive time.
“If you see one of our Santas out and about on December 9 or over the Christmas perio, please dig deep and support them.”
Entry, including the suit and a donations bucket, cost £5. For more, call 01284 766133 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
