Melissa Stannard has had to move her business to bigger premises three years after taking over from her former employers,

She took over Printing.com in Bury St Edmunds when her ex-bosses moved away.

By incorporating her web and graphic design arm Limelight Design, Melissa has grown the business to the point of needing to move from a single office in Eastgate Street to larger premises at Acorn House, Western Way.

She said: “We were literally bursting at the seams in our old office and needed to accommodate another member of staff and a new large format printer.”

The employment of a full time Web Developer, Darryl Bartlett, specialising in PhP Programming and Java has enabled Melissa to increase her list of services to include handscripted and personalised e-mail marketing.

Graduate Jessica Spragg recently joined the team in a part-time sales and marketing role.

Investment in a special large format printer means wall decals, vinyl graphics, signs and even bespoke wallpaper can also be produced.

Additionally, the business has just launched their Webshop offering swift online ordering of posters, banners, business cards and stationery with the benefit of an instant price and a fast, 3-day turnaround.
