A new steak house and bar will bring exotic meats to Red Lodge for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Red Lodge Steak House and Bar has moved into the former Red Lodge Inn and started challenging the expectations of locals with meats such as kangaroo, zebra and llama.
The restaurant and bar has been opened by Corinne Yendle, owner of Littleport Steak House.
She said: “Every weekend it’s been completely booked - really well received.”
Steaks and exotic meats are not the only things offered on the extensive menu which also includes a wide selection of options for children.
On top of this breakfasts and lunches including paninis and waffles are available every day.
After Christmas the pub will undergo a refurbishment transforming it into a true traditional steak house with timer floorboards and horns adorning the walls.
It’s a busy time for Corinne who will also be taking over The Linden Tree in Bury St Edmunds from November, which she plans to transform into a 1920s Chicago railway themed diner.
