Comedian David Walliams has given haart Bury St Edmunds manager Melanie Mills an award for third most profitable out of more than 180 branches.

The black tie award ceremony, attended by 600 people took place at the Park Plaza Hotel in Westminster.

The Bury branch was also named the top performing branch for legal sales in 2012

“I am thrilled to have been named one of the top three estate agency branches in the UK,” said Melanie.

“It’s great to be recognised by the company for the work that we do in Bury and I look forward to sharing that, and our other trophy, with all of my colleagues in the branch.”
