Florist opens bridal shop

A florist who has catered for celebrity and society weddings has expanded by opening a bridal and gift shop.

Jo Davis, who set up Vintage Bloom in Great Barton three years ago, specialising in flowers with a tradionally English feel, has opened the new shop in a converted barn.

"I want my shop to offer a full wedding experience in a beautiful stress-free haven where clients can not only be able to have a full consultation for their wedding flowers but also bring family members and friends along to pick their wedding hats, which are for hire, choose their invitations, wedding favours and cakes," said Jo.

"We will also have beautiful gifts and fresh flowers for our customers passing through, including gifts from East of India, Originals, and Heaven Sent, to name but a few."

The shop is open from 9.30am to 4.30pm from Tuesdays to Fridays and from 9.30am to 1pm on Saturdays. Visit www.vintagebloom.co.uk
