Facilities management provider Servest Group has won a three-year contract with the global art business Sotheby’s to provide cleaning services.

The contract will see Bury St Edmunds based Servest provide core cleaning, washroom, laundry, consumables and pest control services to all of Sotheby’s properties on New Bond Street and to the Sotheby’s fine art storage facility in Greenford.

Rob Legge, Servest’s CEO UK and Europe, said: “The Servest team is absolutely delighted to have won this contract with the world’s premier auction house.

“This is testament to our ability to deliver exceptional standards in locations containing some of the world’s finest art.”

Sotheby’s had been impressed by the Servest’s standards of cleaning on the site of a client in a related field.
