Bargain hunters flocked to Ixworth for the village’s popular sale trail.
Nearly 70 households set up stalls in their gardens selling a range of wares from furniture, bric-a-brac and clothing.
In its fourth year, it was the biggest sale trail so far and raised funds for the refurbishment of the village hall. The event will help pay for new tables and chairs for the venue.
The sale trail was organised by Claire Royal and Alison Goldsmith and the fund-raising team for the village hall was also involved in the event.
Visitors also enjoyed a barbecue, tea, coffee and bacon rolls. Mrs Goldsmith said: “It was very popular and the response was fantastic.”
