PARENTS at a primary school are getting a chance to see how their children work in the classroom as part of a special scheme.
Glade Primary School, in Brandon, is inviting parents in to the school during the spring term to get them more involved in their children’s learning.
Andy Smith, headteacher, said: “We are always keen to involve parents in their children’s learning and hope that these sessions will show parents that learning at Glade is engaging and stimulating as well as fun.”
On the days, parents of Herons class pupils looked at their children’s career aspirations. The Year 4 Wrens class worked on activities they can do together at home. More days are planned for the rest of the term.
