A PIECE of artwork created by an international artist will now be welcoming visitors to The Apex in Bury St Edmunds.

The artwork which is designed to reflect the various elements of the building, has gone up in the foyer.

Made of wood and measuring approximately nine metres across, the artwork has been paid for by developers using money specifically set aside for the decoration of the building.

Tod Hanson, the creator of the piece – called Crenulated Zoom, said the piece was designed to be warm and enticing while also reflecting the various elements of The Apex, such as its flexibility and stage lights.
