Appeal for Adam - who helped paramedics in Lakenheath - to come forward

Police investigating a fatal collision in Lakenheath on Saturday are asking for a man called Adam, who assisted paramedics at the scene, to come forward.

Officers were called to the single vehicle collision along the Undley Road, in Beck Row Common, at around 5.45am.

A blue Ford Focus had collided with a tree and the 22-year-old passenger, John Joe Scott, of Wingfield Road, Lakenheath, was pronounced dead at the scene.

A man called Adam, who was driving a white transit style van, stopped and assisted paramedics.

He did not leave his details and police are now keen to trace him as a witness.

Adam, and anyone who has information about the collision, is asked to call the Serious Collision Investigation Team at Suffolk Police on 101.
