TWO brothers who conquered one of the military’s toughest physical tests have praised a bootcamp which knocked them into shape.
Adam and James Pyner, who are 23 and 20, from Thetford, will link up with the Marine Training School’s class of 2011 in Plymouth after passing the Royal Marine recruitment test.
The former Rosemary Musker High School students prepared for the test by attending Combat Bootcamp and say advice from the programme’s ex-military personnel was ‘invaluable’.
James said: “Getting into the Marines is a dream come true and to be joining up at the same time as my brother is the icing on the cake.”
Bootcamp spokeswoman Tanya Crabb said: “The guys have put in a lot of time and effort to ensure their fitness levels were up to passing the exam.”
