Arc shopping centre in Bury St Edmunds will be hosting Suffolk’s first ever Student Shopping Fest.

Centre manager Colin Roberts said it would ‘deliver a night exclusively for students with amazing discounts and offers’ with 20 per cent off at Topshop, H&M and Nando’s, while in Charter Square there will be Go Ape segways and a hole in one challenge.

Inside The Apex, West Suffolk College will be offering free beauty treatments and pampering, alongside free ping pong, local clubs and society stalls, drinks offers, live DJs and an opportunity to get ‘spotted’ on the red carpet and feature in a local magazine.

Organiser Alex Ludlam said ‘with almost 1,000 students already pre-registered, it is set to be a huge success’.

To pre-register for the event, from 4–7pm on September 25, go to www.studentshoppinguk.com/burystedmunds

Registration is free for students aged 16 and over.
