The latest gig for this summer's Thetford Forest gigs has been confirmed, with Doves set to perform.
Last year saw the band release their long-awaited fourth album Kingdom of Rust, which entered the album charts at number two.
The band's critically acclaimed debut album Lost Souls, in 2000, was nominated for the Mercury Music Prize and was followed up by chart-topping albums The Last Broadcast in 2002 and Some Cities in 2005.
The Forestry Commission Live Music programme pays for itself and any profit generated goes back into improving woodlands for wildlife and the public to enjoy.
Jimi Goodwin, of Doves, said: "It was a great experience playing to a sold-out crowd at Delamere Forest last summer, so we are pleased to announce another forest gig for 2010."
Doves will be performing on Saturday, June 12.
Tickets cost £28 (subject to booking fee) and go on sale at 9am on Friday, January 15, from the Forestry Commission Box Office. Call 01842 814612, buy tickets online at
