Lakenheath residents need only travel a few minutes for a good pampering, after a new beauty salon opened in High Street.
Head Over Heels celebrated its official opening on April 12 and the new venture is already proving popular, said owner Felicity Anderson.

She said: "We have had a lot of people come in and try some of our treatments. At the opening, we gave away 15-minute mini-treatments, like toenail paints, and they were popular. So far, everyone seems very friendly."

Felicity, 23, from Brandon, previously worked as a beautician at a hairdressers in Eriswell.

She said: "I kept driving past this shop and thought as soon as it went on the market, I would have it. It's been a dream of mine to have my own place."

Felicity, along with business partner Mariana Langham, got the keys to the building on April 1 and worked to fit out the salon before the launch.

The pair offer a range of treatments, including manicures and facials, but also employ specialists to visit the salon to provide reflexology and massage treatments.
