Parents and carers whose children have recently used West Suffolk Hospital are being invited to tell it what they thought of care at two workshops.
Each of the events will enable around 20 parents or carers discuss their experiences with doctors, nurses, managers and other hospital staff.

The sessions, part of the Bury St Edmunds hospital's Patients First campaign to invite good and bad feedback, will highlight where the hospital is performing well and where improvements can be made.

Melanie Clements, consultant paediatrician, said: "We want to make sure we are providing the best care in the best place at the best time. The easiest way of finding out if we are achieving that goal is to talk directly to those who have recently used our services."

The sessions will take place on July 13 and 15, from 9.30-11.30am.

They are open to parents and carers of anyone aged 16 or under who has recently used the hospital. Call Gabrielle Spoun on 01284 712630 if you want to attend.
