TWO artists are collaborating again to bring an exhibition to the Edmund Gallery, on Angel Hill, in Bury St Edmunds, which will have light as its central theme.
Andrew Harrington and Elizabeth Oakley will share a platform with their paintings at an exhibition which starts tomorrow and runs until September 15.
Andrew, a porter at West Suffolk Hospital, has been exhibiting at the cloisters in Bury for the past 10 years. His display is titled Sunlight and Shadows and his work has a strong Mediterranean influence.
Trained as a graphic designer Andrew uses mainly pastels and acrylics.
This is Elizabeth’s third exhibition and is called Light on the Landscape...Light and Dark.
She uses different media to reflect light and dark on landscape and architectural buildings.
She is also a writer and poet.
