A FITNESS firm has been training in the snow at Nowton Park after it ‘outgrew’ the Abbey Gardens, in Bury St Edmunds.
Liberte Fitness, which launched in August last year, meets on Monday evenings and Saturday mornings to exercise outdoors. Sessions have been continuing throughout the winter with members using glow sticks and head torches in the dark while the recent snow has also seen the introduction of ski fit exercises.
Founder Papillon Luck said: “The interest has rocketed over the last month or so, it is just crazy, despite the weather.”
