Brian May and Kerry Ellis kicked off their Born Free tour with a stunning candle lit oerformance.

Ellis’s golden voice brought life to old and new numbers while May triumphed as always on guitar.

They played a sell out gig at The Apex on Monday, the day they released their version of the iconic Born Free song , made famous by the film of Elsa, the Lioness, which gave birth to wildlife charity the Born Free Foundation which will benefit from the duo’s tour.
