Sandcastles and housing

THE BEACH is coming to Bury St Edmunds when The Apex entertainment venue in Bury St Edmunds becomes home to a sandcastle building competition.

Four sandpits will be running inside the iconic building on Monday from 3pm and people are invited to go along and build sandcastles with an architectural theme.

It is part of the Love Architecture Festival and is open to anyone interested in architectural design. Teams can be entered and places must be booked by contacting ralph@modece.com

The same day, a debate about meeting the demands for housing will be held at 7.30pm. More information is available from www.lovearchitecture.org
