Animals in their natural habitat will be the focus of an exhibition in Diss this month.

‘Secrets from our Countryside’ shines the spotlight on Steve Cale’s drawings of song thrushes, owls, woodpeckers, hares and foxes.

He says: “Wildlife is all around us, much of which we walk past every day without noticing it.

“If you look a little closer, there is beauty to be found in the creatures that travel through life alongside us - I hope to share a small insight into that world.”

The exhibition runs until July 31 at The Stables Gallery, in Diss Corn Hall. Entry is free and the work for sale.
