I have just come out of West Suffolk Hospital (the fourth time in three years). I was on F4, where I had a second hip replacement. Can I say how lucky we are to have such a wonderful hospital?
The staff, from the highest to the lowest, were simply wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. I was treated with the utmost patience and respect and quite enjoyed my stay (except for the painful bits).

S Barclay, Fornham St Martin.

I would like to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you to the staff at the West Suffolk Day Surgery Unit. Last week my three-year-old son had to have an operation at the unit and, from the moment we entered the unit to when we left, the staff were absolutely fantastic.

They made what could have been a traumatic experience as esay and comfortable as possible and treated mum and son with the greatest of care and attention.

I feel it is important for us to be reminded of the excellent work our medical professionals do.
