Message From: Jane Louise Hastings Sheridan - Writing From: Hornsby Heights, Sydney, Australia

I grew up in Bury St Edmunds and attended a local primary school. (St. Edmundsbury?)My friends were Janet Brinkley, Linda Osbourne (Happy birthday for the 5th November) Ann Bullock, Paula Sewell, Carol Bugg. My mother Ann was an Art teacher at the Silver Jubilee. I migrated with my brother David and parents to Australia, the day man walked on the moon. I was homesick and did not manage to keep in touch with my young friends. Two teachers I remember were Miss Norton and Miss Winter. If these childhood friends read this and recognise themselves please drop me a line!

Read the "bummer" every week without fail. Currently working in the Oil Industry on a rotation that allows me to return to UK every 2 months. The website fills the gaps and helps remind me of my family and friends whilst working in the desert. Hello to you all.
