Volunteers out in force to install new play equipment

Volunteers turned out in force on Saturday to help assemble £55,000 of new play equipment in West Row.

Despite persistent rain some of the 20 volunteers were able to begin to installing the new structures, which will include a modular unit, web climber and tunnel, while others provided hot drinks and food. Volunteers will be back out tomorrow. Anyone who is able to help to meet at the site, on the corner of Beeches Road and Chapel Road, at 9am.
